We seek to build quality energy efficient homes.

Each of our homes contain ENERGY STAR appliances…

Backed with the Home Energy Rating System Index (HERS® Index) developed by the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET).

The HERS rating is recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency (E.P.A.) and U.S. Department of Energy (D.O.E.) as official verification of energy performance.

The HERS® Index is a registered trademark of the Residential Energy Services Network.
The HERS Index rating is unique to a specific floor plan as designed, not as built, using RESNET-approved software, RESNET-determined inputs and certain assumed conditions.
More information about the HERS Index rating can be found on RESNET’s website

ENERGY STAR is a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) voluntary program that helps businesses and individuals save money and protect our climate through superior energy efficiency.
The ENERGY STAR program was established by EPA in 1992, under the authority of the Clean Air Act Section 103(g). Section103(g)

More information about the ENERGY STAR program can be found on ENERGY STAR’s website

Super Sheath

Better know as Oriented Strand Board, is a super strength exterior sheathing that is made from alternating layers of wood. We use this Super Sheath rather than flimsy foam board around the entire perimeter of your home!

Tornado Straps

These straps anchor your home to the “J” Bolts, keeping your home more secure in high winds.

“J” Bolts

These anchor the bottom plate of your home to the outside stem wall. The benefit comes from sinking them several inches into the concrete of your stem wall, and the “J” shape locks them in place

To be the “Good Guys” in your construction project, through complete Transparency, by always being Black and White!
(We will never be unclear or leave ourselves “room” to cut corners, during the process.)
